Employment – work from home
Employment – this word has so many meanings. In the 20th Century it usualy meant a regular job with a wage or salary cheque and if you were lucky a pension. It’s what trades unions spent the first half of the century campaigning for.
People with the right attitude can now consider employment and work from home as a viable career. The good thing about considering working from home as one of the ways to earn extra money is it fits many people in many different circumstances. It is a viable way to improve your lifestyle via improved financial planning and budgeting.
Then along came globalization and the Internet. A double edged sword for some people. Some people saw their jobs go overseas and they lost their’ own jobs. Other people saw it as a new frontier where there was literally millions to be made.
Here are some of the ways, employment – work from home can fit various lifestyles:
- A person looking to add an extra income stream to improve their lifestyle
- A stay at home parent who has time on their hands and wants to contribute to the household income
- A retired person with the management or business skills to build a business
- Some one who wants to leave the ‘rat race’ and become a business owner. Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have endorsed network marketing and direct selling as the safest routes to owning a business
- You may be successful in your chosen field and looking for an investment opportunity
- Someone who has tried to get a job however due to high unemployment is unable to. Then a home based business with a reputable home Internet oppotunity is a viable alternative
The range of people who have chosen work from home as ways to earn extra money is increasing all the time. I personally know of ex Hollywood actors, translators, car muffler salesmen and night club bouncers who have all succeeded by working from home.
